What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
I'd like to know your dog's age, breed and temperament, how they are with other dogs and people, and any medication, allergies or health issues. Feeding times, daily routine and any commands or fears (like loud noises) also help me care for them properly.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
The time I spend on walks depends on my availability and what the owner would like. I'm flexible and happy to adjust the length of the visit to suit you and your dog. I'll always make sure your dog gets feeding, fresh water, playtime and some cuddles.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
I'll stay calm and call you first. If it's urgent, I'll take your dog to the nearest vet right away, then keep you updated. I'd also ask for your vet's contact details before the booking.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Thinley accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Thinley cancels, you're always refunded in full.
