What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I’d like to know the dog’s age, size, temperament, energy level and any special needs or medical conditions. It’s also important to know how they behave around other dogs and people, and if they have any particular routines or preferences.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I dedicate the full booked time to your dog, giving them my undivided attention. For example, a 30-minute booking means 30 minutes of walking, playtime and care.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I would contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency, I would take your pet to the nearest vet as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Tilda Starck accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Tilda Starck cancels, you're always refunded in full.
