What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Before accepting a booking a brief description of the pets needs (ie type of enrichment you’re looking for), how they get along with other animals and social situations. As well as any medical needs that may be present.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

Depending on the type of booking, I offer 30 minute to 1.5 hour walks, as well as including 15 minute of wind down time post walk if necessary.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

With your pets well being in the front of my mind, I will contact the owners first, as well as a vet if the situation applies.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Tilly & Tails accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Tilly & Tails cancels, you're always refunded in full.
