What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

I’d love to know their temperament, routine, any medical needs or medications, and how they are around other animals.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I’m happy to tailor each visit to your pet’s needs, whether that’s a walk, playtime, feeding, cuddles or simply keeping them company.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I’d contact you straight away to let you know what’s happened and discuss your preference, depending on the severity. In an emergency, I’d take your pet to the vet immediately and keep you updated throughout.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once TKM WALKS accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If TKM WALKS cancels, you're always refunded in full.
