About Belamey
Hi all!! I’m a university student at RMIT, recently moved from rural Queensland. Sadly, I had to leave behind my childhood dog, leaving a fluffy hole in my life. I’m looking to engage and provide companionship for all pets, to sprinkle learning and joy into their daily lives. I have immense experience caring for sick and disabled pets, approaching with empathy, paitence, and the utmost care. Giving oral medications, physical therapy, and other services is something I find fulfilling. I have a keen eye for avoiding dangerous animals due to my rural background and will ensure your loved pets safety above all else.

What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
How well they’re socialised with other dogs and animals, if I have to give medication, what commands they know, if they have any allergies/what preferred treats, and if there’s a familiar route preferred.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
45 minutes of walking with periodic breaks when needed and 15 minutes of play and enrichment activities
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Stabilising the pet and ensuring they remain calm while I Inform the owners immediately and calling the emergency vet service line would be my absolute priority. I would run infront of a speeding car to shield your pet if needed, I have zero issue risking my own safety for your pets!

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Treats and retreats accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Treats and retreats cancels, you're always refunded in full.
