What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Age, breed, location and medications
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Happy to walk approximately 45mins, and more time if needed.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Depending on the emergency! If it’s urgent, I would make my way straight to a vet clinic and make sure the animal is stable, that would be my priority but I would contact the owner ASAP and update them on what has occurred. If it’s a minor thing, I would still promptly let the owner know via text or call.

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Vet nurse accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Vet nurse cancels, you're always refunded in full.
