What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
My main question would be their temperament as I don’t have experience with dogs that may be more agitated as if they are I wouldn’t be able to provide the care that they need.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
However much time is preferred for walks as I understand some dogs need longer walks than others! I am physically active and don’t have a problem with longer walks etc.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If anything ever happens to your pet in my care my first call would be to you to let you know and then if the descion is made, call a vet for advice or take the dog to the vet under your order.
Where will you take my pet?
I can take requests on where you would like me to take your pet based on where they have the most fun! I don’t live far from the beach and can go to any preferred park (depends on distance) !
How many pets are in your care at once?
Although 2 pets at once can be convenient I can only take one, but that only means your pup gets more love and attention !!
How and when will you update me during the booking?
Whatever mode of communication that you are most comfortable using I am fine with!

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Wag & Wander accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Wag & Wander cancels, you're always refunded in full.
