What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before our first walk, I’d love to know a little about your pet so I can make sure they have a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please let me know their name, age, breed, personality and usual walking routine, as well as their energy level and how they behave around other dogs, people and children. It’s also helpful to know about any fears, triggers, allergies, medical needs, medications or special requirements, along with whether they pull on the lead, have any recall or behavioural concerns, and what commands they respond to. Please also share your preferred walking route, duration and anything else you think I should know about your pet.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
* 🐾 20-minute walk — quick toilet break and short exercise * 🐾 30-minute walk — a standard walk with plenty of time to explore * 🐾 45-minute walk — longer exercise and enrichment * 🐾 60-minute walk — ideal for energetic dogs or pets needing more activity
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
The safety and wellbeing of your pet is my priority. If your dog becomes unwell or is injured while in my care, I will immediately stop the walk, assess the situation and contact you or your emergency contact. If the situation appears serious or urgent, I will seek veterinary assistance as quickly as possible and follow any emergency instructions you have provided. Please provide your preferred veterinarian, emergency contact details and any relevant medical information before the first walk. Any veterinary or emergency treatment costs will remain the responsibility of the pet owner unless otherwise agreed in advance.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Wagg & Wiggle accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Wagg & Wiggle cancels, you're always refunded in full.
