If your pet gets sick or hurt while they’re with me, I’ll stay calm and make sure they’re safe first. I’ll contact you immediately to let you know what has happened and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency, I’ll take them to the nearest appropriate vet and keep you updated throughout. Your pet’s wellbeing and safety will always be my priority.
