What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Basic understanding of temperament, esp if not happy around other dogs or park users.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
10 mins or so introduction before and on return, basic care as necessary to ensure water, food & shelter available as required.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Immediate phone call to update. Follow up as per conversation.
