What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Please let me know about your pet’s personality, behaviour around people and other dogs, walking habits, medical needs, allergies, fears or anything else I should be aware of. I’d also appreciate any special instructions to make sure they’re safe, happy and comfortable.

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30 mins walking time.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If your pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I’ll contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency, I’ll seek veterinary care straight away to make sure your pet is safe and receives the help they need.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Wagstead accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Wagstead cancels, you're always refunded in full.
