What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Before booking, I’d just love to know a few things about your dog 🐶💗 • Name, age & breed • Personality and behaviour around people/dogs • How they are on walks • Any medical needs, allergies or triggers • Their usual walk routine • Anything else I should know to keep them happy and safe 😊

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

30-45 minute walk and 5 mins settling them back in :)

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

If your pet becomes unwell during a walk, I’ll contact you straight away and make sure they’re safe and comfortable. If it’s an emergency, I’ll seek veterinary help immediately and keep you updated. 🐶❤️

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk This Wag accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk This Wag cancels, you're always refunded in full.
