About the dog (age, size, energy level, any fears, how they behave around other dogs, people and children) walking habits (how long they walk for, any tendency to run away) health and safety (anything they shouldn’t eat, emergency contacts) practical details for walk.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Up to 90 minutes I’m willing to spend with your pet each day including a walk and/or playtime
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If your pet becomes unwell or injured while in my care I’ll contact you straight away and keep you updated. If it’s an emergency I’ll seek veterinary care immediately and contact your nominated emergency contact if I can’t reach you

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk & wag with Heidi accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk & wag with Heidi cancels, you're always refunded in full.
