Your card is held, not charged. Walk with Alma has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Walk with Alma only after the visit is done.

I’m very flexible! I can adjust the time depending on what’s needed and requested. Anything from a quick 20–30 minute walk to a full hour or longer. Just let me know what works best for your pup!
If your pet gets sick or injured, my top priority is their safety. I will immediately contact you to let you know what's happening and ask how you'd like to proceed. In an emergency, I will take your pet to the nearest vet right away and keep BamChi support updated on the situation.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk with Alma accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk with Alma cancels, you're always refunded in full.
