How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

I will spend the time allocated with your pet for the total duration of the walk, plus any extra time needed to settle them at the end.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I will call you straight away to discuss the situation and make a plan for next steps.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk with H accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk with H cancels, you're always refunded in full.
