Your card is held, not charged. Walk with Megan has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Walk with Megan only after the visit is done.

I’d love to know your pet’s personality, age, energy levels, any medical conditions or medications, dietary requirements, and how they get along with other dogs and people. I’d also like to know their usual routine and any specific needs or behaviours I should be aware of so I can provide the best possible care.
I’ll dedicate the agreed time to your pet, making sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime and affection. For walks, I’m happy to arrange 30- or 60-minute visits depending on your pet’s needs. For pet sitting, I’ll discuss your expectations beforehand to make sure your pet is comfortable, happy and well cared for.
Your pet’s safety is my priority. If your pet became sick or injured while in my care, I would contact you immediately, assess the situation and seek veterinary assistance if needed. In an emergency, I would contact an appropriate vet straight away and keep you updated throughout the process. I’d also make sure I had your emergency contact details and preferred vet before the booking.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walk with Megan accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walk with Megan cancels, you're always refunded in full.
