I'll spend the full booked time with your pet, making sure they get plenty of exercise, attention and care. I'II also allow a few extra minutes to make sure they're settled and comfortable before | leave.
I'll contact you straight away and follow any instructions you've provided. If it's urgent, I'II make sure your pet gets veterinary attention as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout.
