What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?

Name, age and breed. Temperament, personality and how they interact with other dogs. Any medical conditions or injuries. Preferred walking routes or areas

How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?

A bit of time before each walk getting to know the pet, the duration of the walk booked (30, 45, 60, 90 mins) and then 5-10 minutes settling the pet back in and getting them some water.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?

I call you first and inform you of what has happened, ask if you have any preferences regarding vet clinics otherwise find the closest most reliable place where they can be treated.

Cancellation policy

Flexible

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walks with Bella accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walks with Bella cancels, you're always refunded in full.
