What do you need to know about a pet before accepting a booking?
Before accepting a booking, I’d love to know your dog’s age, size, temperament and energy level, as well as their usual routine and anything that helps them feel comfortable and happy. I’d also like to know how they are around other dogs and people, whether they have any medical needs or medications, and if they have any fears, triggers or behaviours I should be aware of, such as reactivity, pulling, escaping or recall. This helps me make sure I can provide the safest and most enjoyable experience for your pup.
How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
I’ll spend the full booked time with your pup, with my focus completely on them! I’ll also allow a few extra minutes before/after the walk to get them settled safely back home.
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
Your pet’s safety is my priority. If your dog became unwell or injured while in my care, I would contact you immediately, assess the situation and follow any emergency instructions you’ve provided. If urgent veterinary attention was needed, I would take them to the appropriate vet/emergency clinic and keep you updated throughout.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walks with Bree 🧸🫧 accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walks with Bree 🧸🫧 cancels, you're always refunded in full.
