How much time will you actually spend with my pet each visit?
Depending on the service, minimum 30 minute walks, and 30 minute bathing time
What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt while with you?
If your pet becomes unwell, injured, or shows any signs of an emergency while in my care, I will: Contact you straight away Seek veterinary advice or take them to a vet if needed If it is an emergency and I cannot reach you, I will act in the best interest of your pet and seek urgent veterinary care Keep you updated throughout

Cancellation policy
Flexible
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walks With Jess accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walks With Jess cancels, you're always refunded in full.
