Your card is held, not charged. Walks with York has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay.
Before booking, please let me know your dog’s name, age, breed, personality, walking habits, any medical or behavioural needs, and anything else I should know to make their walk safe, comfortable and enjoyable.

If your pet becomes sick or injured while in my care, I will prioritise their safety and wellbeing. I’ll assess the situation, contact you or your emergency contact immediately, and seek veterinary assistance if needed. I’ll follow any emergency instructions you’ve provided and keep you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Walks with York accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Walks with York cancels, you're always refunded in full.
