Your card is held, not charged. Western Suburbs Dog Care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Western Suburbs Dog Care only after the visit is done.

While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Western Suburbs Dog Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Western Suburbs Dog Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
