I will contact you as soon as possible or your next emergency contact if you’re unreachable if there’s an emergency I’ll take your pet to the nearest vet clinic or your usual vet clinic if it’s the closest. I’ll keep you updated and prioritise your pets health and safety.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once your pet companion accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If your pet companion cancels, you're always refunded in full.
