Hey! I’m Zoe, and I love spending time with animals. I have three large dogs and a cat of my own, so I’m used to being around different animals and understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. I’ve had experience with a variety of breeds, including Beagles, Cavoodles and Staffies, and my family has also bred German Shepherds. This has helped me become comfortable around different sizes, breeds and personalities. I offer dog walking and in-home pet sitting, where I can care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. I’m happy to follow your instructions for feeding, routines, exercise and general care to help keep your pets happy and comfortable while you’re away. Your card is held, not charged. Zoe’s Pet Care has 48 hours to accept. The BamChi service fee (5%) is shown in your receipt before you pay. BamChi holds your payment and releases it to Zoe’s Pet Care only after the visit is done.

Before accepting a booking, I’d like to know your pet’s age, personality, daily routine, exercise needs, and how they behave around other dogs and people. I’d also like to know about any medical conditions, allergies, medication, or special requirements, as well as emergency contact details.
For dog walking, the time will depend on the walk booked and your dog’s needs. For in-home pet sitting, we’ll discuss the time and care needed beforehand so I can make sure your pet’s routine is followed.
If your pet becomes unwell or injured, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and follow your instructions. If it’s an emergency, I’ll contact a vet immediately and use your emergency contact details.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once Zoe’s Pet Care accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If Zoe’s Pet Care cancels, you're always refunded in full.
