I’m also more than happy to work around your pet’s usual routine, whether that involves walks, feeding, playtime, check-ins or simply keeping them company while you’re away. I’ll spend the full agreed booking time with your pet and make sure they get plenty of attention, whether that’s a walk, playtime, feeding, cuddles or just some company. I’m also happy to tailor each visit to your pet’s usual routine and what they enjoy most.
Your pet’s safety will always come first. If I notice anything concerning, I’ll contact you straight away and follow any instructions or emergency information you’ve provided. If urgent veterinary care is needed, I’ll make sure they receive it as quickly as possible while keeping you updated throughout.
While your request is waiting, cancelling is free — your card is only held. Once zoomies accepts: Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Cancel inside 24 hours and 50% is refunded. If zoomies cancels, you're always refunded in full.
