What happens after I send a booking request?

Awaiting confirmation. Your request appears under Activity → Bookings with the time held for you while the business decides.

Within 48 hours. The business accepts (you're charged and it's confirmed) or declines (the hold is released). If they don't answer in time, it expires and the hold is released automatically — you're told either way.

Changed your mind? While it's awaiting confirmation you can cancel from the booking for free — nothing was charged.
