Flexible. Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, 50% is refunded.

Moderate. Cancel up to 2 days before the start for a full refund. Inside 2 days, 50%; inside 24 hours, nothing.

Strict. Cancel up to 7 days before the start for a full refund. Inside 7 days, 50%; inside 2 days, nothing.

Always. A request that hasn't been accepted yet cancels free — your card is only held. If the business cancels, you're refunded in full.
