How do I cancel a booking?
From the booking. Activity tab → tap the booking → "Cancel Booking" at the bottom. You're asked to confirm first.
Awaiting confirmation: free. Nothing was charged; the hold is released.
Confirmed: the policy applies. The refund goes back to your card automatically. How much depends on the business's policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict) and how close to the start you cancel.
A recurring series is managed from Activity → Recurring, where you can skip a visit, pause between dates, or cancel the whole series.
