Why can't I book this service for my pet?

Sizes are set per service. Tiny, small, medium, large, giant. If your pet has a size set and it's not on the service's list, "Request booking" is disabled and the app says so — for example "Posh Paws takes small and medium pets only."

Nothing is blocked without information. A pet with no size set, or a service with no size list, always goes through.

If it's wrong. Check your pet's size under My Pets, or ask the business — they can add the size to their service.
