Trainers set their own price per session or per hour. You see it before you request.
Is it group or one-on-one?
Each listing says. Many trainers offer both.
When is my card charged?
When the trainer accepts, within 48 hours. Not at request.
Where does the session happen?
The service says "At your home", "At their place" or "Online" once the trainer has confirmed it.
Can I book a series?
Yes. Tick "Repeat this booking" at checkout for weekly sessions.
