Each groomer sets their own price, usually by size and coat. You see it before you request; a 5% service fee is added at checkout.

Do groomers on BamChi come to my home?

Some do — mobile groomers say "They come to you" on the service. Others work from a salon or their home.

When is my card charged?

When the groomer accepts, within 48 hours of your request. Not before.

What if my dog is anxious?

Say so in the booking note, and share the care sheet so the groomer reads it before you arrive.
