What does the 5% service fee cover?

One fee, shown before you pay. 5% of the booking price, added at checkout. It appears as its own line on the receipt. There is nothing else — no joining fee, no subscription.

What it pays for. Card processing, the hold-then-charge protection, the booking record, chat with the business, and a person from BamChi if something goes wrong.

The business's price is theirs. The fee sits on top of what they charge, never out of it.
