Can I pay the business directly instead?

Talk first, book in the app. Asking questions is encouraged. But the booking itself is made in the app and paid in the app. Cash, bank transfer or another app for a job found on BamChi is against the terms of use for both sides.

Why it matters. Only an in-app booking has a record, a cancellation and refund policy, and a person from BamChi to step in if something goes wrong. Off-platform there is nothing to refund and no review can be left.
