Can a sitter stay at my place?
Many do. Look for "At your home" on the service, or ask in the booking request.
How are overnight stays priced?
Per night, with the business's own drop-off and pick-up times shown on the listing.
When is my card charged?
When the sitter accepts, within 48 hours of your request. If they can't take it, the hold is released.
Can the sitter see my pet's care details?
Only what you share. The care sheet switch at booking is on by default and shares feeding, medication and routine for the length of the booking.
What if I need to cancel?
Each business sets Flexible, Moderate or Strict. You see it before you book.
